Ike Sassoon’s Liver

Ike Sassoon, Boxing Coach, Olympic Boxing Ref (for the 1960 Rome Olympics with Cassius Clay) and all around amazing guy

[Ike passed away a few years ago.  This recipe was preserved by Tony Lagouranis.]

 

This is the best dish anyone has ever eaten EVER.
 
·              Yellow onion
·              beef liver
·              red chile powder
·              paprika
·              tomato paste, small can
·              garlic
·              ginger
·              water, not much
·              salt
 
Sautee the liver and add everything else.  
Serve it with rice.
