Margaret Johnston's Meatloaf Pie

[This stuff is ridiculously delicious.  You won’t even be able to believe it.]
 
Crust
·              1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
·              3/4 cups oats
·              1 1/2 tsp. salt
·              1/4 tsp. pepper
·              1/2 cup chopped onion
·              8 oz. canned tomato sauce
·              1 egg, beaten
·              1 tsp sage
·              worchestchire
 
Mashed Potatoes
·              Potatoes
·              Butter
 
1.                  Mix all the crust stuff together and pack it into a pie tin as though it were a crust.  
2.                  Bake for 1/2 hour.  
3.                  Make the mashed potatoes, put them in the crust and bake for 15 more minutes.
