My mother used to make this dish for me when I was a barefooted
boy in pre-war
1.
Mix gorgonzola cheese with fresh cream using a whisk over low flame
and heat to a low simmer.
2.
Pour over fresh hot pasta.
3.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and fresh black pepper.
