Scordalia

·              white bread
·              salt
·              1 potato, boiled
·              garlic
·              olive oil
·              vinegar
 
 
1.                  Soak white bread without crusts in salt water. 
2.                  Squeeze out the water and put in a bowl with a cooked potato.  
3.                  Smash it up with raw chopped garlic and oil and vinegar.  
 
Serve as a sauce with fried zucchini or with fried fish.
