Sesame Noodles
Tony Lagouranis, author, chef, and friend of the Clipper
 
·              1 lb. Fettucini
·              1T sesame oil
·              Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced
·              Sliced snow peas and carrots

·              1T chopped garlic
·              1T ginger, chopped
·              1T H2O
·              2T Soy sauce
·              1T sugar
·              21/2 T Tahini paste
·              1T sesame oil
·              1T rice vinnegar
·              2T Hot sate oil
 
1.     Cook the noodles and rinse.  
2.     Add oil, cukes, peas and carrots.  
3.     Mix the remaining ingredients and toss the noodles in the sauce.
